Security Alarm System Maintenance
Alongside our Fire Alarm Maintenance service, Kent Electrical & Fire can also maintain your security and alarm systems to ensure your home or business is protected against intruders.As part of our regular maintenance visit, we will check your security system for any faults and carry out repairs where needed. We offer four different maintenance contracts, ranging from our basic cover plan to our full, all-inclusive package.

Service and Maintenance Plans
We offer four service and maintenance plans, each designed to ensure your fire protection and security systems are reliable and perform at their best to protect you and your business.By choosing one of our higher cover options, your fire alarm and security systems will receive regular, scheduled maintenance, giving you the peace of mind to know your property is protected 24/7. Our inclusive plans may even help you to save money if your system needs a repair.

All inclusive cover
Our All-inclusive maintenance plan includes:- Regular, scheduled Maintenance Visits during which our fire and/or security engineers will inspect your system, ensure it is thoroughly checked and cleaned. They will also conduct necessary repairs at no extra cost.
- Access to our 24-hour call-out response service if you need an emergency repair.
- All labour and material costs if your system needs a repair within our normal working hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm) - subject to terms and conditions.
Labour inclusive cover
Our Labour inclusive maintenance plan includes:- Regular, scheduled Maintenance Visits during which our fire and/or security engineers will inspect your system, ensure it is thoroughly checked and cleaned. They will also conduct necessary repairs at no extra cost.
- Access to our 24-hour call-out response service if you need an emergency repair.
- All labour costs if your system needs a repair within our normal working hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm) - subject to terms and conditions. Material costs are not included in this plan.
Preventative cover
Our Preventative maintenance plan includes two scheduled maintenance visits every year:- One complete service, during which our fire and/or security engineers will inspect your system, ensure it is thoroughly checked and cleaned.
- One corrective maintenance only.
- No repair costs covered.
Basic Service Response
Our Basic Service Response plan includes:- Access to our 24-hour call-out service, meaning that we can visit 24/7 to provide emergency repairs or other security services subject to fees.
- This option also allows you to add on scheduled maintenance visits later on if you would like to.
